1 To God be the glory, great things He has done! so loved He the world that He gave us His Son, who yielded His life an atonement for sin, who opened the life-gate that all may go in:

Praise the Lord!  Praise the Lord! Let the earth hear His voice! Praise the Lord!  Praise the Lord! Let the people rejoice! O come to the Father, through Jesus the Son; and give Him the glory — great things He has done!

2 O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood, to every believer the promise of God! For every offender who truly believes, that moment from Jesus a pardon receives:

3 Great things He has taught us, great things He has done, and great our rejoicing through Jesus the Son; but purer, and higher, and greater will be the joy and the wonder, when Jesus we see: l

Praise:  Speak O Lord

Speak, O Lord, as we come to You To receive the food of your holy word.
Take Your truth, plant it deep in us; Shape and fashion us in Your likeness,
That the light of Christ might be seen today In our acts of love and our deeds of faith. Speak, O Lord, and fulfil in us All Your purposes, for Your glory.

Teach us Lord full obedience, Holy reverence, true humility.
Test our thoughts and our attitudes In the radiance of Your purity.
Cause our faith to rise Cause our eyes to see,
Your majestic love and authority. Words of power that can never fail;
Let their truth prevail over unbelief.

Speak, O Lord, and renew our minds; Help us grasp the heights of Your plans for us. Truths unchanged from the dawn of time, That will echo down through eternity. And by grace we’ll stand on Your promises; And by faith we’ll walk as You walk with us. Speak, O Lord, ’til your church is built And the earth is filled with Your glory.

Praise:  The Lord’s my Shepherd (I will trust)

The Lord’s my shepherd, I’ll not want;
He makes me lie in pastures green.
He leads me by the still, still waters,
His goodness restores my soul.

And I will trust in You alone,
And I will trust in You alone,
For Your endless mercy follows me,
Your goodness will lead me home.

He guides my ways in righteousness,
And He anoints my head with oil,
And my cup, it overflows with joy,
I feast on His pure delights.

And though I walk the darkest path,
I will not fear the evil one,
For You are with me, and Your rod and staff Are the comfort I need to know
