John Lennox has written wonderfully on the topic of the correct relationship between Science and faith in God. Two books that i think are the most helpful are: Can science explain everything and Gods undertaker, Has science buried God. you can find them at the links below:
If you want something more in depth and less general you can try some of the books from the Discovery institute in Seattle Washington. They are one of the leading proponents of intelligent design and also all highly qualified scientist. I enjoy a lot of their stuff:
